The Men's Leadership Programme [MLP]

A modern day men's initiation into your leadership, depth and heart.

Starts Monday 2nd November ·
Early bird until Sunday 4th October

Modern men are struggling

What the world needs now, maybe more than ever, is men who are activated, alive and fully on purpose in their lives, able to show up as leaders, partners and fathers.

This is simply not the reality for most men.

Addiction, shutdown, not being able to show up for our partners, fear, anxiety and distraction are plaguing modern men.

On top of that, men and masculinity have been attacked and shamed by society and media. We have been told that men are not needed, or worse again, that we are the cause of what is happening in the world.

All of this has deeply impacted the male psyche, and most modern men are really struggling with the deep questions.

Who am I? How do I navigate my inner world? What do I want in life? What is it to be a healthy man in the modern day?

My story

I hit this wall in 2015 at the age of 35. I was living in England, having run away from Ireland eight years earlier. I was directionless, wasn't clear about what I was doing, couldn't hold down a relationship, and had no money or clarity about my life.

It was a sobering moment when I realised I had to return to Ireland, face my past, and face all of the pain I had been holding around my life.

It has been a ten year journey of deep healing, understanding, and rebuilding a life I am truly proud of today.

The journey

My journey began with an initiation with the Mankind Project. I realised that these rites of passage were where men learned how to be a man from other men. We didn't just wake up one day and feel like a man. We were initiated into being a man by other men.

Not only are rites of passage missing in modern society, but so are the healthy men we are able to learn from.

Testimonial

"I was really struggling at the time with my own head and with my relationship, and I couldn't find a way out. I came up and I met Niall, and I felt just that weekend: right, it's time to genuinely look at myself and do something here now."

A new man is emerging

We are entering a time of rebirth of masculinity, creating a spiritual, emotional and physical blossoming of men in ways that are beyond our imagination. It is the return of the radical, courageous heart of man, which has been hidden under wounds for thousands of years.Azra Bertrand

What makes this work different?

Society got it all wrong.

As men we were conditioned to reject our hearts, our emotions and our sensitivity as not being "manly", and through my own healing journey I realised:

The very thing that we have been told makes us less of a man is exactly what initiates us into our fullness as a man.

The ancients knew that the only way to become an adult man and grow out of our little boy was through the initiation through the feminine. She was the one who catalysed and transformed him into the greatest version of himself.

The man he knows deeply in his heart, and so deeply longs to become.

Because most men are caught in the conditioned rejection or fear of the feminine, we have whole generations of men who are stuck in their little boy and don't know how to grow into a full adult male. Projecting mother onto their partners and struggling to navigate their emotions.

Men cannot fully step into their own leadership until they do this foundational work. She is what makes men who are mature, vital and capable of great things.

This man becomes

  1. Deeply present, alive, grounded and full of vitality, yet available.
  2. No longer fearful of women and her emotions. He is able to show up completely differently in relationship.
  3. In service to something greater than himself, because instead of taking from life he is giving to life.
  4. Deeply committed to his own purpose and path, because he is now activated in life.
  5. A man who shows up better for his kids, his family, and all aspects of life.
Testimonial

"The man that came in four months ago was a totally different person. I would say he wasn't as confident, he didn't really know the complexities of what it means to be a man."

You must be ready for this journey

It is not suitable for you if

  • You are not ready to commit to your fullest depth and to knowing who you are deeply.
  • You think you can do this work alone and don't need support from other men.
  • You believe that your vulnerability and intimacy are not "manly".
  • You are still in the exploring and flowing phase of your life, and not ready for the deep commitment of creating the life of your dreams.

But if you

  • Have that deep burning in your belly to be the best version of yourself and to fulfil your potential.
  • Have the energy and time to focus solely on developing who you are as a man for four months.
  • Are excited by doing this journey with other men, learning and practising the skills together.
  • Feel excited to explore the full potential of being your fullest man, fully integrated in your masculine and feminine.
  • Are ready to start building a new life, focusing on your purpose, showing up confidently and competently in relationship, and excited about exploring your shadow and dark side.

Then the end of 2026 could be a very exciting shift for you.

The MLP journey

The journey has three stages.

Stage 1

Facing the past

Owning your story

Many men are running from their past: childhood traumas, disempowerment, lack of confidence or maturity, anxiety. Trying to build lives on a past that has never been healed. In this first stage you will be guided into deeply facing your past to create a new ground in you.

Stage 2

The initiation

Taking full responsibility for your life

All men face a choice point in their lives: becoming their own man, or carrying out the conditioning and traumas of their childhood. This is the initiation, an ancient and essential threshold in moving from being a boy into being a man. In this stage you will be deeply guided through your own initiation.

Stage 3

The emergence

Becoming the leader of your life

When these stages are complete you have cultivated a new ground on which you can build your new life. In this stage you start building the skills of competency, intimacy and leadership.

The skills you will learn

Cultivating deep masculine presence

Activating the powerful lower energy centres of cock and balls and root. Feeling grounded, clear and stable in yourself.

Sexual energy and polarity

Cultivate your sexual energy and vitality. Learn to work with sexual polarity and sexual energy in relationships.

Integrity, containment, alignment

Learn how to make powerful decisions and start creating a life that you feel excited by.

Shadow work and boundaries

Understand your shadow self and how it impacts you. Learn to work with shame, guilt and anger in healthy ways. Face your past with an open heart and come to terms with who you are. Learn to establish boundaries in your world.

Inner child integration

Learn how to bring your inner child home to you, so that you are not looking outside yourself for approval, people pleasing, or nice guy personas.

Heal your relationship with the feminine

Heal your mother wound and wound around the feminine. Learning to healthily activate and integrate your internal feminine.

Develop relational skills of communication, conflict repair and attunement

Learn how to relate to and build the skills to cultivate healthy, loving and intimate sexual relationships.

Vision, alignment and money

Become clearer around your purpose and how to create a life of alignment and financial security.

Become unfuckwithable

Develop such a deep, unshakable confidence in who you are that you are unshakable day by day.

Become deeply present and peaceful with your life

Become at ease in yourself, knowing who you are, connected to your life.

Testimonial

"I just know I'm okay. I just have this feeling of being okay. I don't think I've ever been more certain of my path, that I'm just fully committing to the direction I'm taking in life."
